💰 Salary: Starting from the level 2nd and above, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for
the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Revenue Manager (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Travel Partnerships Team.
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for optimizing revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, and market analysis.This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, data analysis, and the ability to develop and implement effective revenue-generating strategies.
Your role in BizAway
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and booking patterns to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Manage and optimize partner campaigns and conversion of the same, in coordination with our partner.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and operations teams to align strategies and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and implement new revenue opportunities, including ancillary services and package deals.
- Monitor and manage partners' satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in revenue management.
Your basic qualifications
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
- Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, inventory management, and distribution channels.
- Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus) or previous experience in a local travel agency
- Excellent knowledge, both written and spoken, of English
